Using the custom data connectors for Microsoft Power BI
Installation steps
- NEW Set “(Not recommended) Allow any…” under Options then Global/Security/Data Extensions
- Close all Power BI windows
- Create folder under Windows Documents: Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors
- Download connector(s)
- Save .mez file(s) in folder above
Facebook login
Power BI and the Facebook login dialog are not currently compatible because Facebook stopped support for Internet Explorer recently. Power BI still uses IE for authentication. Use the TAB, SPACE and ENTER keys to navigate the Facebook login UI
